Delete your account

How to request deletion

1. Send a message from the mobile number registered on your account.
2. Say that you want your Metropole Padel Club account deleted.
3. We confirm it is you, then delete the account. This usually takes a few working days.

What we delete

• Your name, email address, mobile number, PIN, and profile photo.
• Sign-in access to the app and the booking site.
• Device tokens used to send you notifications.

What we keep

Booking, payment, and tax records stay for as long as Indonesian accounting and tax rules require. After your account is deleted, those records are no longer used to run your membership or to contact you about the club.
